Private identity. Public perspective.

ActNet uses your email and password to sign you into your account. Your public identity is your chosen username. We do not publish your sign-in name or email. If enabled, your practice area and experience range appear with your discussions.

What we store

Supabase Auth manages your verified email, password and login sessions. ActNet stores notification preferences, in-app notifications, profile choices, posts, comments, votes, saved jobs and discussions, contributions, reports, and moderation history. Saved jobs, saved discussions and reports are private. Team-map suggestions stay private until moderation approves them.

Moderation and retention

Pseudonymous does not mean untraceable. Moderators can connect community activity to an account, review reports, and suspend abusive accounts. Removing a post hides it from public view; limited records may remain for moderation and integrity. Expired jobs remain archived.

People on team maps

Only public professional information belongs here. Private contact details, home addresses, family information, and confidential employer materials are not permitted. Use “Suggest correction” on any entry for a privacy or accuracy concern. You may also report an entry to request removal.

Privacy and contact

Private corrections and additions are reviewed in the Request Center. Account deletion disables access and anonymizes the public profile; posts and comments remain to preserve discussions. A public launch requires an operator identity, contact and deletion-request channel, a finalized retention schedule, and an applicable privacy-policy review. No advertising trackers are included in this application.
