GI 302: U.S. state context belongs in a general-insurance answer
A U.S. insurance case can involve state-specific requirements and a particular reporting basis. National organisations, a state regulator and a signing actuary do not have identical roles.
Original practice scenario
Build an original checklist naming state, legal entity, product, reporting basis and responsible party. Then map each requirement to an assigned source. Avoid substituting Ontario filing or Canadian capital rules merely because the business line is similar.
Study check
Write the assumptions, the decision being supported and one limitation. Use the current course syllabus for the required terminology and scope; this introductory guide is not a complete course summary.
